Retail Marketing Operations Associate

Position Summary

Retail Marketing Operations (RMO) Associate assists with marketing strategies and initiatives for Lithia auto dealerships. This role supports Regional RMO Teams to drive quality traffic, enhance customer loyalty, and achieve operational excellence in partnership with Lithia Home Office and external partners.

• Strategic Marketing Oversight
  :
  Drive store performance in customer loyalty, satisfaction, sales, after sales growth, and profitability through tailored marketing strategies and traffic management. Own effectiveness reflected in key company reporting such as the Store Performance Scorecard and Customer Ecosystem Scorecard.
• Customer Loyalty Initiatives
  :
  Design and implement marketing strategies that strengthen long-term relationships, leveraging internal technology and solutions.
• OEM Partnerships
  :
  Understand OEM programs and KPIs to guide alignment on initiatives that drive customer satisfaction and store loyalty.
• Data-Driven Guidance
  :
  Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to Regional RMO Teams, identify customer behavior trends, and measure success via the Scorecards.
• Content and Campaign Management
  :
  Collaborate with LAD Marketing and external partners to create impactful content and measure campaign success.
• Collaboration and Strategy Execution
  :
  Work with other RMO Associates to support strategic business initiatives aligned with customer loyalty goals.
• Technology and Analytics Integration
  :
  Leverage internal reporting, market intelligence, and analytics to create personalized, targeted approaches and innovative loyalty programs.
• Market Adaptability
  :
  Monitor changing conditions, evaluate campaign performance, and continuously improve strategies.
• Alignment and Advocacy
  :
  Support the integration of key company initiatives, acting as a resource for Regional RMO Teams and internal partners.
• Travel Requirements
  :
  Occasional overnight travel may be required depending on location and Team needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, advertising, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of the automotive industry, dealership operations, and automotive marketing.
• Technical proficiency with Google Analytics, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Data analysis skills to evaluate ROI of marketing strategies.
• Organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
