Job Description
Senior eCommerce Project Manager
The Senior eCommerce Project Manager will lead and manage eCommerce projects, working closely with the Head of Growth to execute profit‑generating initiatives and long‑term growth strategies. This collaborative, customer‑facing role requires close coordination with performance, back‑end, creatives, and technology teams.
- Create project timelines and manage milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross‑discipline team members to ensure projects stay on track with requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Write, brief, and assign tasks in ASANA for team members working with clients.
- Maximize impact and ROI through strategic oversight and structured prioritization.
- Set priorities for implementation and development of campaigns that support business and program objectives.
- Use data to identify campaign bottlenecks and suggest solutions and strategies to lift performance.
- Define and test customer KPIs, scale, and optimize programs.
- Balance client needs with agency and internal team requirements.
- Identify, procure, and manage outside vendors for assigned projects when required.
- Lead hiring of necessary talent with HR support to improve client results.
- Structure and track product budgets to compete globally and grow ROI.
- Conduct A/B tests, monitor results, and share findings with the team.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve internal processes.
- Maintain active communication with clients, leading weekly meetings.
- Anticipate potential issues with projects through quick responses and proactive critical thinking.
- Track and analyze results in Google Analytics and other platforms; plan next steps to improve outcomes.
- Conduct post‑project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful elements.
- 3+ years of experience leading projects in eCommerce and digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of branding and marketing.
- Up‑to‑date on e‑commerce industry trends via groups, blogs, and courses.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of juggling multiple timelines and people.
- Thrives under pressure and maintains composure during complex client interactions.
- Good at reading data, analyzing it, and creating data‑based reports.
- Positive, can‑do attitude and a winning mindset.
- Willing to go the extra mile.
- Salary from $2,000 to $4,000 net per month, depending on experience.
