Senior Category & Brand Growth Manager
Join P&G's Sales Operations & Market Strategy Team as Senior Category & Brand Growth Manager P&G is seeking a passionate and driven Senior Category & Brand Growth Manager to lead one of our top categories in Ukraine. This critical role acts as the local business leader for their assigned category, driving both commercial excellence and brand growth. You will be the definitive expert on Ukrainian consumers and customer channels, developing and executing winning strategies that deliver significant sales growth, market share expansion, and shape broader Central Europe business plans.
KeyJob Responsibilities:
- Lead Local Category Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive annual business plans for the assigned category, integrating brand, consumer, and commercial strategies specific to the Ukrainian market. - Become Market Expert:
Be the go-to authority on consumer insights, channel dynamics, and customer needs in Ukraine, translating this knowledge into actionable strategies. - Drive Sales & Market Share Growth:
Champion and lead initiatives specifically designed to boost net sales and expand brand market share across all relevant channels. - Strategic Communication & Media Management:
Define communication priorities and actively shape the UA media plan in partnership with brand and media teams, ensuring effective reach and message delivery. - Elevate In-Store Execution:
Define and implement "must-have" display and merchandising excellence standards to improve shelf impact and enhance the shopper experience. - Lead Enhanced Business Planning (EBP):
Drive the EBP cycle, partnering closely with sales teams to develop joint business plans with key customers and ensure flawless in-market execution. - Implement Trade Budgets: manage and optimize spend across Distribution, Shelving, Displays, and Promotions.
- Influence Regional Strategy:
Leverage local insights and performance to actively influence and contribute to broader Central Europe business strategies and category plans.

Who You Are
- Proven Sales Leader: previous experience in Sales, Key Account Management, Category Management, or Trade Marketing.
- Confident Brand Builder: previous experience in consumer understanding and brand plan development,
- Analytical Problem solver: strong data-driven approach with the ability to turn insights into actionable plans.
- Global Mindset: experience collaborating in a multinational environment, handling cross-functional projects.
- Skilled Negotiator: expert in consultative selling, building partnerships, and closing deals.
- Strategic Planner: able to design and implement multi-layered plans while anticipating and mitigating risks.
- Resilient Closer: confident in handling objections and driving agreements to completion.
- Language Proficiency: fluent in English and Ukrainian (written and verbal).
