About the Role:We are looking for a results-driven Integrated Digital Marketing Manager to lead our organic social media, paid media, and email marketing efforts. This role is responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and customer retention. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital trends, data analytics, and audience engagement across platforms.

Operating at the crossroads of B2B and B2C marketing, our goal is to transform client perceptions and make them indispensable in their respective markets. We leverage data-driven insights to craft campaigns that set new standards in marketing innovation, driving significant engagement and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Linked In, Tik Tok, etc.).
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience targeting, and messaging to improve performance.
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and track key performance metrics.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including automated workflows, newsletters, and promotional emails.
- Optimize email performance through segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
- Maintain and grow the email database while ensuring compliance with best practices (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with brand messaging and business goals.
- Manage day-to-day posting and community engagement team members, and performance tracking across social media platforms (Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, etc.).
- Analyze audience insights and trends to optimize organic social efforts.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing initiatives.
- Use data insights to refine strategies and improve conversion rates across channels.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in social media, paid media, and email marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Linked In Ads, and other ad platforms.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Hub Spot, Mailchimp, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other analytics tools.
- Ability to develop data-driven strategies to improve engagement and ROI.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Experience with SEO and content marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
