In the Marketing Direction and the BtoB Marketing Pole, we are recruiting a Marketing Acquisition Leads Manager in Alternance in Montrouge (92) to join the team of Stéphane, Acquisition Expert.

Your impact

In support of the Acquisition Expert, you participate in the management and follow-up of Leadgen acquisition campaigns (emailing, telemarketing, affiliation), while ensuring the follow-up of external partners on the quality of leads and the performance of the devices. You contribute to the optimization of campaigns and the definition of the acquisition strategy.

Your missions

Co-pilotage of Leadgen acquisition campaigns:

You follow the objectives, the quality of leads and analyze the performance of campaigns on the different channels (marketplaces, emailing, telemarketing, affiliation).

Follow-up of partner performances and follow-up tools:

You control daily the performances of partners and ensure the reliability of follow-up tools such as dashboards and Excel tables.

Writing of monthly reports and creative briefs:

You contribute to the writing of campaign reports and the preparation of briefs for creative teams.

Transversal collaboration:

You work closely with other Marketing services (Data, CRM, Content, Design Factory) as well as the Commercial Direction to coordinate actions.

Your experiences and skills that will make your success

You are preparing a Bac +4/5 in Marketing or Digital and have a first experience in the management of acquisition campaigns and the analysis of performances (emailing, telemarketing, affiliation). You are comfortable with the follow-up of leads, the creation of reports and the treatment of numerical data.

You are a good communicator, comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders

You show autonomy and creativity to improve campaign performances

You are rigorous and methodical, organized in the management of your missions

You are motivated by the continuous optimization of results and acquisition performance
