Senior Creative Strategist (DTC / Performance Creative)Remote / Work From Home
About the RoleOur client is looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to lead performance‑driven creative strategy for a portfolio of fast‑growing DTC and ecommerce brands. This is a hands‑on, strategy‑forward role for someone who understands not just how to make great content, but what actually converts.
You’ll sit at the intersection of brand storytelling, creative execution, and performance marketing, owning creative strategy end‑to‑end across multiple accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys rolling up their sleeves, and is comfortable leading both clients and internal teams.
What You’ll Do- Own creative strategy end‑to‑end across multiple DTC and ecommerce accounts
- Lead creative audits of existing paid social and UGC content to identify what’s working, what’s not, and where to test next
- Translate insights into clear creative briefs, messaging frameworks, and content roadmaps
- Partner closely with media teams to align creative direction with performance goals such as CTR, CVR, and ROAS
- Work hands‑on with creators, editors, and designers to shape UGC, statics, and branded video
- Analyze performance data and turn it into actionable creative direction
- Guide clients through performance insights and drive strategic creative recommendations
- Stay on top of trends across Tik Tok, Instagram, Meta, and the broader DTC landscape
- Balance big‑picture strategy with hands‑on execution in a fast‑moving environment
- A hybrid strategist who blends brand thinking with growth and performance
- Experienced owning accounts and leading creative strategy from concept through execution
- Comfortable working directly with clients and driving creative partnership
- Fluent in what makes content convert on Meta, Tik Tok, and paid social
- Strong at turning data and performance insights into creative decisions
- Confident writing briefs, shaping messaging, and influencing creative direction
- Hands‑on, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
- Collaborative and effective working across creative, media, and client teams
- Hands on experience in creative strategy, performance creative, brand marketing, or content strategy
- Experience at a performance‑led agency, DTC brand, or creator / UGC‑driven environment
- Strong exposure to ecommerce, beauty, wellness, fashion, or lifestyle brands
- Familiarity with test‑and‑learn creative cycles and performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, and ROAS
- Experience leading or contributing to creative audits and content testing frameworks
- Work on creative that directly impacts revenue and growth with high ownership, high trust, and real influence over strategy
- Opportunity to partner closely with leadership and help shape the creative function
- Remote position working on a small team that values curiosity, speed, and results over hierarchy
