Full-Time. Monday–Thursday is 8am-5pm with the option to work from home on Tuesday. Friday is a work from home, half-day from 8am-12pm.
Salary Range: $50,000.00-$56,000.00 per year

We were founded in Lincoln, Nebraska as a small team of two in 2010, offering social media services to brands and athletes.
After a decade of growth later we have grown to be a uniquely well-rounded marketing and advertising agency with in‑house media, sports, entertainment, and film divisions.
Mergers and acquisitions over the years (with B2 Interactive, Disconnected Media, Digital Hero Films, Victory Fighting Championship, Hail Varsity, and Parkville Media) have grown our team to over 150 people.
We serve over 200 clients who collectively operate in 8 countries, including 43 states in the United States. Our clients range from local businesses just starting to build their brand and online presence to enterprise organizations.
About the roleAs a Creative Strategist, you will be the linchpin in developing scalable ad campaigns. By marrying data‑driven insights with creative storytelling, you will focus on crafting strategies that deeply resonate with target audiences and drive measurable results. This position reports directly to the Paid Acquisition Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities- Market Research:
Dive deep into direct and indirect competitors, audience pain points, and emerging trends to identify unique campaign opportunities. Regularly revisit research to refine strategies. - Positioning and Differentiation:
Use research to craft compelling product positioning, whether through superior product benefits, identity marketing, or introducing new mechanisms to the market. - Hook Development:
Write and test engaging hooks that stop audiences from scrolling, capturing their attention with relevance, curiosity, and implied benefits. - Campaign Execution:
Collaborate with media buyers, account managers, and content teams to bring creative concepts to life and ensure seamless integration across channels like Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, X, and Linked In. - Performance Optimization:
Partner with analytics teams to evaluate campaign outcomes, iterate on strategies, and identify new opportunities for scaling successful creatives. - Visual Storytelling:
Incorporate research findings to craft visually captivating ads, whether photos or videos, that effectively communicate the product’s benefits or solve the consumer's problem. - Continual Testing:
Implement a process of iterative testing, leveraging learnings from previous campaigns to optimize performance and scalability. - Client Presentations:
Articulate creative decisions, strategies, and performance outcomes in client meetings.
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology, identity marketing, and advanced advertising techniques, including reinforcing desire and overcoming objections.
- Expertise in crafting hooks, scripting videos, and creating visuals aligned with audience desires and product benefits.
- Proficiency in ad platforms, social media management, and analytics tools, focusing on campaign performance optimization.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media ad campaigns across platforms, adhering to best practices and ad format guidelines.
- Exceptional creative thinking, problem solving, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and articulate creative strategies to clients.
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments while staying ahead of industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience in creative strategy or a similar role within an advertising agency or digital marketing environment.
- Candidates will be required to pass a pre‑employment background check.
- Work is normally performed in a typical office environment.
- Will lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds using safe and proper lifting methods.
