Do you want to strategically advise clients, design campaigns and take on responsibility? Then you are in the right place with us! We are looking for a Client Service Manager Media & Performance (Human) who combines analytical strength with communication skills.

• Campaign management:
  Planning, implementation, analysis and optimization across all media channels.
• Strategy development:
  Derivation of media and communication strategies from the brand strategy together with your team.
• Coordination:
  Responsibility for the setup and handling of external service providers and market partners.
• Market & competition analysis:
  Observation of trends and identification of new growth potentials.
• Budget responsibility:
  Management of customer budgets and contact person for all media-related questions.

• Solid education:
  You have a completed degree in economics, communication or media sciences or a comparable education in the field of marketing/communication.
• Practical experience:
  You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position. You also have a deep understanding of the media and agency landscape and maintain partnerships with various media.
• Communication skills:
  You convince through customer-oriented presentation and communication skills.
• Analytical thinking:
  You have strong analytical skills, an affinity for numbers and statistics and derive action recommendations from them.
• Self-initiative & willingness to learn:
  You work structured, independently, are highly motivated and bring a high willingness to learn.
• Language skills:
  You have very good German and English skills.

In addition, you are team-capable, analytical and communicative.
