Marketing Coordinator

This is a full-time Marketing Coordinator role based in the New York City Metropolitan / Stamford, CT area, with a hybrid work arrangement, combining work-from-home flexibility with some on-site presence. The Marketing Coordinator will support day-to-day marketing activities, including developing content for digital and print channels, assisting with campaign planning, and coordinating marketing calendars. This role will help organize and execute events, trade shows, and customer visits, including logistics, materials, and on-site support.

The coordinator will collaborate with sales and leadership to prepare presentations, proposals, and customer-facing materials that highlight Talon Precision’s capabilities. Additional responsibilities include managing social media and website updates, tracking marketing metrics, maintaining CRM data, and coordinating with external vendors and partners as needed.

• Strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, concise, and technically accurate marketing content.
• Experience in Sales support, including preparing presentations, proposals, and coordinating with sales teams.
• Event Planning and Project Management skills to organize trade shows, customer events, and multi-step marketing campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing, basic analytics) is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Interest in or exposure to manufacturing, aerospace, defense, space, medical, semiconductor, power generation, or other technical industries is a plus.
