Campaign Specialist

Job Description

The Campaign Specialist supports Retailer and CPG funded Shopper Marketing initiatives with Vestcom accounts utilizing our proprietary shelf

Adz® media solution. The role is accountable for managing client accounts and ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are met through proactive planning and thorough project management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Build relationships with process owners across all functional areas of the client and Vestcom.
• Communicate effectively, plan, organize, and manage multiple projects in a timely manner.
• Manage project timelines to completion with internal and external cross‑functional team members; establish and communicate clear expectations.
• Ensure all deliverables to the client are error‑free.
• Evaluate and determine when to elevate concerns and provide recommended resolutions to management in a timely manner.
• Research inefficiencies and inaccuracies in business processes and provide recommendations and best practices to both client and Vestcom.
• Measure performance against process requirements, service level agreements, and quality goals.
• Participate in the strategic account planning process with the Commercial team.
• Oversee status updates of projects and accomplishments.
• Communicate with CPG clients and retail locations to ensure effective tag processing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on tag‑related changes needed for the client’s system.
• Communicate verbally and in writing in a clear, effective, and professional manner with all partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of related business experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Prior media/retail promotions industry experience is preferred.
• Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills; able to present information to large and small groups, clients, employees, and management.
• Strong independent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• High service‑level orientation, outstanding attention to detail, strong sense of urgency, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Well‑organized with the ability to perform duties with minimal supervision; remote work is a possibility.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to embody and reflect Vestcom’s core values.
