Marketing Strategy
The Manager, Customer Development – Tik Tok Shop leads the strategy and execution to scale Nestlé Health Science’s presence on Tik Tok Shop, driving incremental revenue, new consumer reach, and long‑term brand equity. This role owns end‑to‑end channel performance, aligning cross‑functional teams and external partners to deliver against forecast, demand planning, and the commercial calendar. Accountable for key P&L drivers, the role tracks performance, identifies gaps, and implements solutions to accelerate growth while building scalable processes that establish Tik Tok Shop as a critical growth engine for the organization.
This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate’s geographic location. Strong preference for candidates located within a commutable distance to the Bridgewater, NJ headquarters.
Responsibilities Business Development- Manage external Tik Tok and agency partners
- Manage cross‑functional internal partnerships
- Own forecast and demand plan; escape supply risks
- Optimize Tik Tok Shop calendar (assortment, pricing, promotions)
- Reconcile spend and align with Finance on P&L
- Track performance and flag gaps
- Monitor Tik Tok Shop landscape and best practices
- Track competitor activity and winning tactics
- Identify drivers of Tik Tok‑to‑Amazon halo
- Build and maintain Tik Tok Shop playbook
- Drive adoption across brands
- Present strategy and opportunities to leadership
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of consulting or Consumer‑Packaged Goods experience
- eCommerce experience a plus!
- Proficiency in Excel and Power Point
- Experience with forecasting and inventory management
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing ROI on investments
- Prior Tik Tok Shop and/or agency experience
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with strong initiative
- Data‑driven decision making; ability to interpret performance metrics and act quickly
- Ability to operate in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and build new processes
- Influencing skills across cross‑functional and external stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic thinking with strong execution focus
- Agile mindset with ability to test, learn, and scale quickly
Approximate pay range: $130,000 – $150,000 base. Final compensation may vary based on factors including knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
