The immediate need is a marketing leader capable of turning demand into scale.
You will control the complete enrollment engine for GT Anywhere and lead brand strategy across campus, virtual, and summer programs. Your objective is clear: turn high-intent demand into 1,000 enrolled families while positioning gt.school as the recognized leader in gifted K–8 education.
No playbook exists. You will design the funnel, establish positioning, conduct experimentation, and create a dependable execution system using freelancers, agencies, and technology. You will work with autonomy and full accountability for outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing- Controlling the complete enrollment funnel for GT Anywhere with full responsibility for CAC, conversion rates, and enrollments
- Creating and executing continuous experimentation to detect and resolve high-impact conversion barriers
- Leveraging GenAI tools and AI-enabled workflows to improve marketing analysis, funnel diagnostics, creative iteration, and execution velocity
- Developing the annual marketing strategy for virtual, campus, and summer programs, covering positioning, segments, budget allocation, channel mix, and quantifiable objectives
- Creating a high-velocity execution framework that delivers consistently through marketing technology, AI tools, freelancers, and agencies
- Collaborating directly with school and enrollment teams to refine messaging and enhance creative performance based on family insights
- Managing awareness-only campaigns with no enrollment accountability
- Serving as a request-taker for ad hoc marketing activities with ambiguous ROI
- Relying on slow approvals or large bureaucratic structures to execute
- Focusing on vanity metrics unrelated to enrolled families
Key Responsibilities
Create and operate a full-funnel growth engine that transforms existing demand into 1,000 enrolled families while establishing gt.school as the category-defining brand in gifted K–8 education.
Basic Requirements- Bachelor's degree (BA or equivalent)
- 10+ years of experience leading full-funnel marketing strategy and delivering measurable results in high-growth, startup, or technology environments
- Proven accountability for hard conversion metrics including enrollments, CAC, revenue, and conversion rates
- Strong analytical capability in funnel diagnostics with a history of identifying issues and prioritizing high-impact solutions
- Experience establishing brand strategy, messaging, and positioning at a company level
- Practical GenAI fluency, including specific examples of applying AI tools or AI-enabled workflows to enhance marketing productivity, analysis quality, execution speed, or business results
- Demonstrated ability to design and manage scalable execution systems leveraging marketing technology, AI tools, freelancers, and agencies
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) in a remote role based in the United States

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
