Kahn Media is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our paid media team. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, you’ll help plan, execute, optimize, and report on campaigns across Google, You Tube, Meta, Linked In, and other digital platforms.
You’ll work alongside our PR, content, creative, social media, and account teams to develop campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, and measurable business results for clients in the automotive, outdoor, luxury lifestyle, technology, and enthusiast markets.
The ideal candidate is analytical, data-driven, organized, and eager to learn. Agency experience is a plus, and a passion for cars, the outdoors, or enthusiast brands doesn’t hurt either.
Responsibilities- Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, You Tube, Linked In, and other platforms
- Conduct keyword, audience, and retargeting research to support campaign objectives
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and pacing
- Analyze data and identify opportunities to improve results
- Create client-facing performance reports and present key insights
- Assist with campaign strategy, testing, and optimization
- Collaborate with creative, social, PR, and account teams on integrated marketing campaigns
- Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and emerging digital marketing opportunities
- 1+ years of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Familiarity witdh Google and digital marketing analytics
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
- Agency experience
- Experience with Linked In Ads, Looker Studio, or Google Tag Manager
- Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and conversion tracking
- Knowledge of automotive, outdoor, luxury lifestyle, or enthusiast markets
