Senior Manager of Solution Marketing (Remote)
Locations:
Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Minneapolis, Nashville, Raleigh (United States). Salary range: $102k–$114k annually.

As a Solution Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the Tech+Talent 2026 vision, developing and executing go‑to‑market strategies, and enhancing market presence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of the Tech+Talent 2026 marketing strategy.
- Utilize market research to identify trends, customer needs, and insights.
- Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns tailored to target customer segments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop clear solution positioning and messaging, collaborating with strategy, technology, and commercial teams.
- Create engaging sales enablement materials (solution briefs, presentations, case studies).
- Drive execution of marketing plans for new solution launches across multiple digital channels.
- Coordinate with marketing communications to deploy brand awareness and demand generation campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and refine strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, strategy, and commercial teams for customer insights and market feedback.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation; mitigate risks ensuring delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly Tech+Talent marketing goals; increase engagement metrics; deliver high volume of client leads and referrals.
- 5–7 years of experience in product or solution marketing, preferably in legal services or technology.
- Strong B2B marketing acumen and experience implementing comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Proven program and project management skills with multiple campaigns.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Success in developing and executing GTM strategies for tech solutions.
- Strategic mindset with analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Self‑motivated to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong messaging capabilities, ideally in legal industry marketing.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar CRM and marketing automation.
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into market‑specific programs.
- Track record of driving results in a high‑growth, innovative environment.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- BS in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred.

Axiom’s total rewards philosophy emphasizes transparency and equity. Base salary ranges from $101,500 to $114,000, plus a 20% annual bonus (based on experience and market).
