Field Marketing Manager Remote

Responsibilities

• Work with regional sales managers to develop and implement regional marketing plans to meet pipeline targets
• Drive field marketing programs from planning to execution, ensuring measurable results
• Establish strategic partnerships with field sales teams and focus on the OH Valley area
• Define marketing plans to create and accelerate opportunities and build executive relationships
• Measure lead and pipeline return on investment through metrics analysis and reporting
• Track lead flow and ensure timely follow-up by Sales channels

• Proven track record of efficiently partnering with sales management
• Strong project management, negotiation, and decision‑making skills
• Experience with developing integrated, multi‑touch marketing plans
• Background in enterprise software and/or hardware
• Proficiency in sales and marketing automation systems (Salesforce, Marketo, Splash, Tableau)

In‑Office Expectations

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty‑five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2‑3 days a week of their choosing.
