Job SummaryThe Senior Manager, Media Measurement & Analytics will lead the development of advanced marketing measurement capabilities to evaluate media effectiveness and optimize marketing investment across channels. This role will partner closely with digital marketing, data, and insights teams to translate complex data into actionable insights that improve campaign performance and drive measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical expertise in marketing analytics and media measurement, including experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), attribution, and performance analytics. This role requires both technical analytical skills and the ability to communicate insights clearly to cross‑functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of marketing measurement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of media investments across digital and traditional channels.
- Partner with marketing teams to analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights that improve ROI and drive business growth.
- Support and manage Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) initiatives to understand the contribution of media, promotions, and external factors to sales performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that track media performance, marketing KPIs, and business impact.
- Analyze digital marketing performance across channels including paid media, social, search, and programmatic campaigns.
- Partner with Consumer Insights, Data Science, and Finance teams to connect marketing activity with guest behavior and restaurant sales outcomes.
- Leverage CRM, loyalty, and digital ordering data to identify trends and improve targeting strategies and marketing effectiveness.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear insights and recommendations for marketing and senior leadership.
- Support testing frameworks including campaign experimentation, incrementality testing, and A/B testing.
- Champion data‑driven decision making across marketing and analytics teams.
- Partner with media vendors to steer analytics requirements and oversee data gathering and governance.
- Assist in architecting tests and validate partner results.
- 7–10 years of experience in marketing analytics, media measurement, or data analytics roles.
- Strong experience with marketing analytics techniques including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), attribution, or incrementality testing.
- Experience working with large datasets and analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital media channels and marketing performance metrics.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with digital marketing, data, and insights teams.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience in QSR, retail, ecommerce, or consumer brands preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Establish robust marketing measurement capabilities that clearly quantify media impact on sales and guest engagement.
- Improve marketing ROI through data‑driven optimization of media investments.
- Provide clear and trusted analytics that guide marketing strategy and campaign decisions.
