We optimize and scale digital marketing campaigns by focusing on creative testing and conversion optimization principles to get better results for our clients.

• Design eye-catching ad creatives for Meta, Tik Tok, and other paid advertising platforms that drive engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with strategists and copywriters to concept and execute visuals aligned with campaign goals and audience insights.
• Develop static, motion, and video-based content optimized for social media performance and brand storytelling.
• Leverage emerging creative tools (VEO3, Midjourney, Generative Fill in Photoshop, etc.) to enhance efficiency and elevate campaign impact.
• Maintain brand consistency across all client campaigns while pushing creative boundaries.
• Stay on top of digital trends
  —from viral social aesthetics to evolving ad specs and platform best practices.
• Contribute ideas, energy, and inspiration to a small but mighty creative team that’s shaping the next generation of performance advertising.

• 2+ years of agency or in-house creative experience for paid advertising campaigns.
• Experience designing ads for Meta and Tik Tok campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects strongly preferred).
• Familiarity with emerging AI creative tools.
• A portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking
  , clever use of design for various ad placements, and a strong understanding of digital aesthetics.
• Collaborative spirit, self-starting attitude, and the ability to manage multiple projects on tight timelines.
• Bonus:
  Experience with video editing, animation, or web design.
