Ashley Digital is the e-commerce engine behind Ashley Furniture Industries, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of home furnishings. In this role, you will build, manage, and optimize our affiliate program, driving revenue through performance‑based partnerships and using data analytics to continually improve results.

As an Affiliate Marketing Specialist you will recruit, onboard, and nurture high‑quality affiliate partners, monitor program activity to enforce compliance, and collaborate with content, product, and sales teams to align affiliate initiatives with broader business goals.

• Assist in the day‑to‑day management of the affiliate program across all channels and platforms.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop relationships with high‑quality affiliate partners.
• Monitor affiliate activity, enforce compliance, and maintain program integrity.
• Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics.
• Use data insights to identify growth opportunities and prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand the affiliate network and grow program revenue.
• Manage affiliate marketing software, tracking platforms, and third‑party networks.
• Ensure partner‑facing materials are on‑brand, up‑to‑date, and compliant with guidelines.
• Support affiliates with resources, training, and best practices to maximize performance.

• 1‑3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling affiliate programs with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of affiliate platforms such as Impact or Rakuten.
• Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable).
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills.

Salary range: $30.00 – $33.50 per hour, depending on experience and location. Additional discretionary bonuses or commission may apply.
