Junior Social Ads Specialist

We are looking for a colleague with experience in paid social media advertising, with an analytical mindset and attention to detail. Agency experience or a desire to transition from freelance to expand horizons in a team full of passionate professionals is preferred. What does our ideal candidate look like?

• Understands various advertising systems:
  Meta Business Manager is the foundation, but practical knowledge of other systems like Tik Tok, Linked In, or Twitter will be necessary
• Does not just click random posts, but thinks about the overall strategy of campaigns, we value experience mainly from performance-oriented campaigns
• Has proven experience in complex planning and management of campaigns (brand and performance) from B2B and/or B2C segments
• Tests and tests (not just regular A/B testing), tries new options and procedures, looks for improvements, implements learnings and best practices
• Enjoys analytics and numbers behind campaigns – understands Excel, as well as other diverse reporting tools
• Is organized, responsible, and can prioritize, is not afraid to say and defend their opinion, and is a client partner
• Has Czech at a native speaker level and communicative English
