About the OpportunityOur client, a leader in the Financial Services industry, is looking for a skilled Marketing CTR to join their team for a 1-year contract engagement. This project involves developing high‑quality sales decks, one‑pagers, and product overviews, and continuously updating and refining collateral to reflect new features, product launches, market trends, and client feedback. This is a high‑impact role that requires a self‑motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables- Developing high‑quality sales decks, one‑pagers, and product overviews.
- Continuously updating and refining collateral to reflect new features, product launches, market trends, and client feedback.
- Partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Product, and Legal/Compliance teams to ensure all materials are accurate, compliant, and aligned.
- Supporting sales with ad‑hoc client materials, ensuring a consistent voice and message across regions and client types.
- Collaborating with the RFI/RFP team to standardize messaging across institutional products and channels.
- Managing and organizing content within Highspot, ensuring collateral is easy to find, current, and effectively tagged.
- Establishing clear measurement criteria for collateral usage and effectiveness, reporting progress and insights over time.
- 4–6 years’ experience creating sales collateral, product narratives, or RFP responses within financial services or fintech.
- Strong understanding of institutional trading, custody, and financing; familiarity with prime brokerage or capital markets is a plus.
- Excellent storytelling skills: able to synthesize complex ideas into clear, concise, and visually compelling materials.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides, and experience working with enablement platforms like Highspot.
- Ability to quickly learn technical product details and regulatory context.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional environment.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
