Account Coordinator at Acast - Remote US East/Midwest — Remote

Remote Friendliness: This role is fully remote, but restricted to the Midwest or East region of the United States
. That means you must be based in a US timezone (ET or CT), which limits international nomad flexibility — you'll need to be physically in the US or within a closely aligned timezone for day-to-day collaboration.

Timezone Constraints: Acast emphasizes collaboration with Account Managers, content teams, ad ops, and podcasters. Expect core working hours aligned to Eastern or Central Time. This makes working from, say, Western Europe difficult without significant schedule adjustment, and Southeast Asia effectively impossible for this role.

Visa Considerations: As this is a US-only role, you must have the right to work in the United States. Digital nomad visas in other countries won't apply here, though you could theoretically spend time abroad on a tourist visa if your employer permits it — but the job description does not indicate this flexibility.

The Role

The Account Coordinator will be responsible for shaping media strategies in collaboration with Account Managers, and in doing so liaising with our talented podcasters on brand approvals and sponsorship reads, planning materials for advertisers, processing insertion orders and campaign assets, as well as the delivery and the success of campaigns.

Salary range: $55,000 – $65,000/yearly + bonus.

Most of our teams are hybrid, with some members co‑located in offices and some working remotely. With a remote‑first way of working, we want you to feel productive regardless of work location!

For this role, you can be based in Midwest/East. This is a fully remote role.

What You'll Do
  • Assist Account Managers and Account Directors in developing media solutions for clients, with a high degree of attention to detail and confidence in Excel and Google Suite.
  • Work closely with content, ad operations, and finance to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
  • Add campaign data to Net Suite and other CRM systems.
  • Work with Acast's talented podcasters to manage and monetize their inventory.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to compile post‑campaign reporting and insights that will drive renewals.
Who You Are
  • 1–2 years of podcast/media industry experience or a relevant college degree.
  • An enthusiastic doer with a great passion for podcasts, brand storytelling, and advertising — highly productive, detail‑oriented, and enthusiastic.
  • Willing to collaborate across markets to achieve collective goals.
  • Able to work independently at times and be a self‑starter.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn enables you to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passionate about entering the media sales industry and learning everything about it.
