Overview
Our new Marketing Campaign Manager will be the driving force behind high‑impact funnels and campaigns that boost leads, conversions, and growth.
Responsibilities- Own and execute lead‑generating, multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
- Develop and optimize funnels that drive conversions and boost LTV.
- Build, test, and refine campaign assets across landing pages, emails, ads, and automations.
- Strategize new lead magnets and reposition existing products for maximum impact.
- Track performance metrics and implement data‑driven improvements.
- Debrief and document campaigns for continuous improvement.
- 5–7 years of hands‑on experience launching high‑converting direct‑response marketing campaigns.
- Strong campaign strategist/manager who delivers results.
- Expertise in hook, story, and offer creation with compelling copy and funnel build excellence.
- Proficient use of AI as a creative co‑pilot.
