Role Description

This is a full-time, Social Media Manager role based in Las Vegas, with flexibility for work from home while not on location at events or client venues. The Social Media Manager will mainly be focused on promotion and storytelling through content; plan, capture/create/edit, and publish content across key social platforms to grow brand awareness, engagement, and community. Responsibilities include developing and executing social media strategies, optimizing posts for reach and performance, and monitoring trends, conversations, competitor activity, with the biggest emphasis on capturing and producing compelling content.

The role will manage the content calendar, collaborate with internal teams and partners for campaigns, and ensure brand voice and messaging are consistent. Day-to-day tasks also involve responding to comments and messages, compiling performance reports, and using analytics to refine strategies and improve results over time.

Qualifications
  • Proven ability to capture and produce compelling content, particularly for social media platforms
  • Content strategy experience, including planning campaigns, organizing content calendars, and aligning social media with broader marketing goals
  • Strong social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand accounts across multiple platforms
  • Clear, professional communication and writing abilities, including crafting concise, engaging copy tailored to different audiences
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and key performance metrics to track, report, and optimize campaign performance
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in sports, entertainment, or live events marketing is preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, respectful online community management and brand representation
