• This role owns and executes DATAMARK's organic social media strategy across Linked In and other platforms, including developing, managing, and optimizing the social content calendar with consistent publishing, platform best practices, and cross-team alignment.
• Develop, manage, and optimize content for social channels; create copy, basic visuals, and collaborate with designers for advanced creative.
• Support executive and SME thought leadership by drafting content and positioning DATAMARK as a leader in BPO, CX, and digital transformation.
• Partner with marketing, PPC, content, analytics, and HR teams to support integrated campaigns, demand generation, and employer branding initiatives.
• Track, analyze, and report on social performance, providing actionable insights, optimization recommendations, and visibility into trends and opportunities.
• Demonstrate strong copywriting and editing skills to draft, proof, and refine executive- and brand-level social content for clarity, accuracy, tone, and consistency.
• Review, validate, and interpret key metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, clicks, traffic contribution) and translate data into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  Experience:
  
  Preferred 5 years of experience managing social media for B2B brands; must have BPO experience; proven experience managing and growing Linked In following and engagement.
• Experience with social media analytics and scheduling/analytics tools; scheduling and analytics tools like Hub Spot, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social are preferred.
• The ideal candidate will be skilled in social media analytics, with strong experience in BPO and B2B Linked In marketing, able to review, validate, and interpret metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations.

• If not local to the El Paso area, this role may be remote with occasional travel.
