Company Overview

Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people’s lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity.

Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).

What you’ll do

As Senior Director of Platform Product Marketing, you will own and evolve the narrative for our IAM platform, crafting and sharing Docusign’s story with the world in the most engaging, persuasive way possible. In this people-leadership role, you’ll manage a world-class team of product marketers to drive integrated launches, define differentiated positioning, and accelerate demand, adoption, and retention of our platform globally.

You will operate as a key cross-functional leader and strategic partner to Product, Sales, Growth, and Docusign leadership, ensuring our platform story is cohesive, customer-backed, and tightly aligned to the businesses top priorities for Agreement transformation.

This position is a people manager role reporting to the Vice President of Product and Customer Marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Create, lead, run, and measure the platform marketing strategy and programs that showcase the value of Docusign’s platform and capabilities to target markets, including clear, differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions.

  • Lead the development of high-impact messaging, storytelling frameworks, and assets (e.g., narratives, pitch decks, demos, web content, case studies) required globally, and collaborate with Sales Enablement to ensure content and tools are effectively deployed.

  • Ensure the product roadmap aligns with market demand and that go‑to‑market (GTM) teams are equipped to sell new platform capabilities immediately upon release, partnering with Product Management on packaging, pricing, and launch communications.

  • Support strategic customer, analyst, and internal events (e.g., conferences, executive briefings, sales kickoffs) by owning the development of presentations, sessions, and training.

  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of platform product marketers, setting clear priorities, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of customer‑centric storytelling and measurable impact.

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in‑office expectation)
