What you will do:

• You will take over the content conception, planning, and implementation of campaigns and manage them from the first idea to the final report. In addition, you will:
• Negotiate and maintain cooperation with selected influencers for our clients and support the influencers in publishing content
• You inspire your colleagues, our clients, and partners with your talent for putting yourself in their shoes and advising them on an equal footing
• You win exciting new customers at pitches and start strategic consulting for them
• As a senior manager, you enjoy onboarding colleagues and supporting the team leadership in important questions

What makes you stand out:

• A completed degree (preferably in marketing, business, communication sciences, media economics, etc.) or a comparable qualification
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in influencer marketing – either with an advertiser or in an agency/platform
• Visualizing and conceptualizing influencer marketing campaigns comes easily to you and you enjoy it
• You are familiar with common influencer marketing tools for research, analysis, and evaluation
• You have already gained experience leading pitches
• You excel in good communication skills (also in English), a confident demeanor, good presentation skills, and a high level of customer orientation
