As a Senior Programmatic Manager (Mensch) you are responsible for both the strategic development of programmatic activities and the operational implementation thereof for our clients. You act as the spokesperson for your team to shape programmatic standards and guidelines within the agency.
- Strategy:
You strategically evaluate together with our clients which innovations and technologies shape their programmatic purchasing in the most profitable way. - Numbers understanding:
With your strong understanding of numbers, you develop the programmatic media purchase continuously to not only meet but exceed set goals and media KPIs. - Campaign management:
The precise implementation of the previously developed campaign structures and cases in the various DSPs and associated technologies falls within your area of responsibility. - Networking:
You maintain close and productive cooperation with internal specialist teams and external partners in a dynamic, international environment. - Development:
You advise clients strategically on the decisive advantages of programmatic purchasing for their overall strategy.
- Qualification:
A completed university degree and at least 3 years of proven expertise in the operational management or strategic consulting of programmatic campaigns. - Data & Tech:
You have a profound understanding of the digital media landscape, including DSPs, data management platforms, inventories, and verification technologies. - Curiosity & Willingness to Learn:
Standing still is not an option for you! Therefore, you also bring the ambition to continue developing yourself so that team members, clients, and others can benefit from your expertise. - Data preparation:
With your precise and structured view of data in Excel and PowerPoint, you can clearly and strategically convey complex issues in a comprehensible way. - Language skills:
You master communication in German and English in both speech and writing.
Furthermore, you are a team player, communicative, and solution-oriented.
