Job Profile Summary
The Marketing Lead will lead and implement direct response marketing campaigns focusing on creative strategy, development, and production of direct mail marketing to increase sales and awareness for the organization's products and/or services. This Lead contributes to operational execution of lead generation direct mail and email marketing, primarily supporting Medicare products for prospective and current members.
Key Responsibilities- Formulate and manage direct mail creative strategy, campaign and processes.
- Ensure campaigns operate at peak efficiency, staying on schedule and within budget.
- Manage and coordinate resources, scheduling, and budgets.
- Facilitate collaboration across internal teams to align expectations, meet deadlines, and increase productivity.
- Oversee outside vendors, including advertising agencies and production facilities.
- Maintain high quality and compliance standards of product and delivery.
- Recommend and evaluate processes, procedures, and quality to gain efficiencies.
- Develop and execute creative test strategies based on industry trends and internal data while incorporating test and learn disciplines to improve key metrics.
- Understand measurement/ROI, including tracking, analyzing, and interpreting key metrics and results.
- Request and maintain materials and tracking identifiers.
- Serve as an industry expert, bringing forth innovative ideas and new ways of thinking.
- Takes action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
- Ability to engage, educate, influence and guide others at all levels on the power of marketing as a business discipline.
- 4+ years of project leadership experience within a fast‑paced marketing environment.
- Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
- Prior health insurance industry experience.
- Understanding of marketing metrics and program measurement.
All remote or hybrid employees must provide an internet service meeting the following criteria: minimum download speed 25
Mbps and upload speed 10
Mbps (wireless, wired cable, or DSL connection is suggested). Employees may be required to upgrade their service if necessary. A dedicated space free of interruptions is required to protect member PHI/HIPAA information.
Occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.
CompensationBase salary: $115,200–$158,400 per year, plus a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
