Availity is seeking a strategic, market-savvy Director
, Product Marketing to shape how our products are positioned, launched, and brought to life in the market. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, customer insight, storytelling, and growth.

In this role, you will partner closely with leaders across product management, sales, customer success, and marketing to define go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue. You will translate market intelligence and customer needs into compelling positioning, differentiated messaging, and launch strategies that help our products stand out.

This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who enjoys influencing strategy, building strong cross-functional partnerships, and turning complex ideas into clear, persuasive stories. You will also help shape how data, AI, and modern marketing tools are used to accelerate results, improve decision‑making, and create better customer experiences.

To be qualified for this position you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of B2B technology or healthcare technology marketing experience, with at least 5 years in marketing leadership or management roles.
  • Proven success developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue impact.
  • Strong experience in product marketing, including positioning, messaging, launches, market research, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement.
  • Ability to translate complex products and market insights into clear, compelling narratives for buyers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success partnering cross‑functionally with product management, sales, customer success, engineering, and demand generation teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data, KPIs, and market insights to guide strategy and measure performance.
  • Familiarity with AI‑enabled tools, marketing technology, analytics platforms, CRM, and automation tools to improve decision‑making and scale impact.
