As a Senior Social Media Manager (Mensch) Paid Advertising you are responsible for the technical implementation of online campaigns of our renowned clients, especially in the area of campaign implementation.

• Quality assurance:
  You guarantee a high quality standard of the campaigns in the platforms, such as in the Meta or Tik Tok Business Manager.
• Customer consulting:
  As a consultant you have the paid social campaigns fully in view and inspire our clients with your expertise.
• Strategy:
  Your basis is a thorough analysis of relevant KPIs and through experience values you generate valuable learnings for our clients.
• Reporting & data preparation:
  You prepare well for business meetings and always have the data in sight, additionally you deliver ad-hoc analyses for our internal departments.

• Qualification:
  
  You have a completed university degree with a focus on marketing, media studies or a comparable education and more than 3 years of professional experience in online marketing, especially in the conception and execution of paid social media campaigns.
• Social geek:
  As an active social media user nobody can fool you, therefore you understand yourself as a social expert.
• Numbers understanding:
  Juggling with numbers and data is a "piece of cake" for you, at the same time you have a high motivation and possess a pronounced innovation claim to also shape new ways.
• Language skills:
  Communication is an important aspect for you, therefore you have very good German and also good English skills.
