This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Project Manager based in Poland.

As the operational backbone of the marketing team, you'll coordinate projects across multiple channels, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and timely execution. You'll collaborate with marketing leaders and diverse stakeholders to streamline workflows, improve processes, and keep high‑impact initiatives on track. Accountabilities
  • Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, partnerships, events, and brand initiatives from planning through delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, roadmaps, and task tracking across multiple concurrent marketing work streams.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including Community Management, Social Media, Creative, PPC, SEO, CRM, VIP Marketing, Promotions, Acquisition, and Retention to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Facilitate marketing standups, project meetings, and status updates to maintain alignment, accountability, and clear communication across stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or blockers, and proactively implement solutions to keep initiatives on schedule.
  • Support marketing leadership by managing priorities, coordinating workflows, and translating strategic objectives into actionable project plans.
  • Maintain project documentation, reporting, budgets, milestones, team capacity, and project management systems using tools such as Jira, Notion, or similar platforms.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement by optimizing workflows, enhancing documentation, and supporting post‑project reviews to improve future execution.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, marketing coordination, or a similar role.
  • Previous experience within iGaming, esports, gaming, or another fast‑paced digital industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence collaborating across cross‑functional teams.
  • Experience facilitating meetings, tracking action items, and driving project accountability from initiation to completion.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including content marketing, social media, influencer marketing, CRM, partnerships, paid media, and customer lifecycle initiatives.
  • Hands‑on experience using project management tools such as Jira, Notion, or equivalent collaboration platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage reporting and performance insights to improve operational efficiency.
  • Excellent attention to detail, proactive problem‑solving abilities, and adaptability in rapidly changing business environments.
  • Collaborative attitude, strong ownership mentality, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality results.
