WhatYou Will Do
The Shopper Marketing Manager will lead Evergreen’s shopper marketing strategy and execution across in-store activation, retail media networks, digital-to-store shopper programs, and paid social campaigns that support retailer initiatives. This role will develop channel-specific shopper plans that drive trial, velocity, and repeat across Natural, Mass, and Club environments.
Working closely with Sales, Brand, and external partners, this role ensures Evergreen shows up powerfully and consistently at the moment of purchase—on shelf, off shelf, and through integrated shopper and digital touchpoints—while translating performance insights into action.
Key ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute integrated shopper marketing strategies that drive trial, velocity, and repeat across retail partners and channels
- Own in-store shopper execution, including displays, signage, demos, seasonal programs, and other retail activations
- Lead retail media network strategy and execution in partnership with Evergreen’s paid media agency
- Execute paid social campaigns (Meta platforms) in support of retailer initiatives, launches, promotions, and key retail moments
- Own offer-based and digital-to-store shopper activations that extend impact beyond the shelf
- Partner closely with Sales on retailer decks, line reviews, launches, resets, and promotional planning
- Participate in trade shows, customer meetings, and retail events to support selling and brand presence
- Analyze shopper, retail, and campaign performance and deliver clear recaps, insights, and recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Sales, and Operations to ensure cohesive execution
- 5+ years of experience in shopper, retail, or trade marketing
- Experience with retail media networks and the shopper path to purchase
- Ability to plan, execute and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta platforms; additional platforms are a plus
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and analytical skills with proven experience working alongside a sales team
- Strong pulse on shopper marketing trends
Reports to: Vice President of Marketing
Salary Range: $100,000–$120,000
