The team you will be a part ofThe Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) marketing team reports to the Brand & Product Senior Marketing Manager and collaborates with product, sales & operations to develop and execute brand strategies for CPG and Gladiator brands.
Role SummaryThis role is a critical team member for shopper marketing, working closely with internal partners (Brand, Product, Sales & Ops) and external partners such as agencies, retailers, and 3rd parties across all retail channels.
Responsibilities- Support marketing planning for Everydrop/Water, Affresh & Swash brands across all retail channels, eCommerce & in-store.
- Lead plan execution with retailers in tactics including retail media, online & in-store experience (displays, point‑of‑purchase, sampling, couponing, subscription), content development & oversight, and performance measurement.
- Develop product detail page strategies and execute across retailers including reviews, core & rich content.
- Strengthen marketing partnership with key retailers and agency partners.
- Create informed solutions grounded in data and research.
- Present marketing plans, updates, and results regularly with internal sales teams and in quarterly reviews.
- Own the budget in collaboration with finance and cross‑functional partners to ensure costs are accurately forecasted and processed.
- Deliver projects on time, on strategy, and on budget.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Product, Media, Brand, eCommerce or Channel Sales.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or Marketing.
- Experience in Retail Media/Marketing (Paid, In‑Store).
- Strong ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment, manage multiple priorities and stakeholders through strong project management, time management & organizational skills.
- Proven analytical skills and ability to integrate different streams of information into clear next steps and shareable findings.
- Proven ability to develop strong relationships and work with cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to influence and lead others, including those outside of the Marketing function.
