We're looking for a Marketing and Communications Associate who is passionate about making a difference, likes to wear different hats, and wants to have their creativity and new ideas valued.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Provide communications support for various non-profit clients.
- Create and implement email marketing and social media campaigns aimed at:
- driving member recruitment and retention
- promoting engagement and awareness
- increasing event registrations
- Analyze effectiveness of campaigns and make improvements as needed.
- Make minor website edits as needed (Word Press).
- Ensure consistent use of brand guidelines.
- Provide other marketing and communications support as directed.
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks within deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, including editing and proofreading.
- Great grammar and vocabulary with the ability to organize, structure, and communicate information and ideas.
- Experience with developing and delivering results-oriented marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of how to create content that draws an audience.
- Ability to develop creative ideas and transform them into practical reality.
- Design skills to create visually appealing emails, social media images (Canva), etc.
- Experience with email marketing platforms, social media, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills with consistent attention to detail.
- Two-year college degree or two years of communications experience.
