About the OpportunityOur client, a digital infrastructure company, is seeking a Marketing Manager to support brand growth, lead-generation initiatives, events, content development, and overall marketing execution. This organization operates mission-critical infrastructure assets across multiple U.S. markets and serves enterprise, technology, connectivity, and infrastructure-focused customers.

The Marketing Manager will serve as a versatile marketing professional responsible for executing campaigns, supporting sales initiatives, coordinating events, managing digital content, and maintaining brand consistency across the organization.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, self‑directed, and comfortable balancing multiple projects while collaborating with leadership, sales teams, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, and event channels.
- Support lead generation and nurture initiatives in partnership with sales teams.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, and deliverables.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and insights.
- Assist with development of presentations, collateral, and customer‑facing materials.
- Plan and support participation in industry conferences, trade shows, customer events, and partner engagements.
- Coordinate vendors, logistics, promotional materials, and post‑event follow‑up activities.
- Track event effectiveness and return on investment.
- Support on‑site event execution as required.
- Create, edit, and manage website and digital content.
- Develop marketing materials including case studies, social content, email campaigns, and thought leadership assets.
- Coordinate with external creative resources for design, photography, video, and branding initiatives.
- Support SEO, digital advertising, and social media efforts.
- Ensure consistent brand standards across all marketing channels and communications.
- Support marketing initiatives across multiple business units, locations, and service offerings.
- Maintain marketing asset libraries and promotional inventory.
- Manage relationships with agencies, contractors, and marketing vendors.
- Utilize CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and reporting platforms.
- Help establish scalable marketing processes and best practices.
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 4–8+ years of B2B marketing experience.
- Experience supporting multiple marketing disciplines within a growing organization.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated success marketing within complex or technical industries.
Experience in one or more of the following industries:
- Digital Infrastructure
- Data Centers
- Telecommunications
- SaaS
- Managed Services
- Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
- Pardot, Hub Spot, Marketo, or similar marketing automation tools
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Ads
- Linked In Campaign Manager
- Word Press or other CMS platforms
- Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Project management tools such as , Asana, or similar
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools and automation within marketing workflows.
