We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive Workshop and Marketing Assistant to support our federal benefit workshop initiatives. In this role, you will partner closely with the Senior Marketing Analyst and Workshop coordinators to assist with advertising, coordinate participant enrollment, and ensure workshop logistics and reporting are executed smoothly and accurately. Location:
This position is based in Denver, CO. A hybrid work schedule is available, with a mix of in-office and remote work to support collaboration, flexibility, and business needs.
- Drive Workshop Promotion & Fulfillment
- Work with and assist the Workshop coordinators to create compelling advertising to promote workshops.
- Ensure all workshops have an adequate number of government employees in attendance.
- Coordinate individual promotions with sponsoring professionals, managing multiple workshops in the promotion phase simultaneously.
- Manage Training Logistics & Execution
- Ensure all aspects of in‑person training workshops are seamlessly in place, including location, signage, attendance sheets, room set‑up, and evaluation forms.
- Manage all aspects of virtual trainings, including electronic invitations, presentation materials, introducing trainers and sponsors, final evaluations, and data collection.
- Maintain Operational Excellence
- Assist the Senior Workshop Coordinator with the maintenance, relevance, and effectiveness of the CRM database and workshop marketing system.
- Execute timely updates to all prospect lists stored in the database.
- Work closely with the Senior Marketing Analyst to create materials, coordinate distribution, and assist with social media post creation and implementation.

CompensationThe anticipated wage for this position is $23‑28 per hour, based on your level of experience and technical expertise.
Requirements- High school diploma or GED. A Bachelor’s degree in business and/or marketing may be substituted for the required work experience.
- 2 years of experience working in a government benefit and education market.
- 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Proven knowledge of CRM and marketing systems, with the ability to accept and implement change.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities, and strong problem‑solving skills.
- A proven self-starter and multi‑tasker who can manage multiple relationships and tasks simultaneously in a remote work environment.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time in an office environment.
- Working on a computer for extended periods of time.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
