Apex Companies, LLC is hiring a Marketing & Proposal Coordinator to support proposal efforts and marketing initiatives. This hybrid role focuses on work from home coupled with occasional travel to our Woburn, MA office for proposal production.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of marketing experience, strong writing skills, and proficiency in Adobe InDesign. They will work closely with the marketing team to track proposals, contribute to marketing materials, and ensure high-quality submissions.
Apex offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 and numerous benefits including medical, dental, and 401k match.
