Respected Roots is a premium men's grooming and skincare brand based in Atlanta, GA. Since 2015, we've been creating high-quality beard, hair, and skincare products while building a brand centered on confidence, culture, and authenticity.

• Create engaging content for Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, Instagram, and other social platforms.
• Brainstorm creative ideas and plan content calendars at least one month in advance.
• Film, direct, and batch-create content for product launches, educational content, behind-the-scenes videos, and brand campaigns.
• Stay on top of social media trends and turn them into engaging brand content.
• Write scripts, create shot lists, and collaborate with the founders and operations team.
• Review social media analytics and recommend ways to grow engagement and reach.
• Ensure all content aligns with the Respected Roots brand and company culture.

• 1–3 years of content creation experience (internships and freelance work welcome).
• Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, and current social media trends.
• Comfortable filming and directing content.
• Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Portfolio or sample work required.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. The selected candidate will be responsible for their own taxes and will work closely with our team on a flexible hybrid schedule.
