Senior Paid Social Creative
We are looking for a Senior Paid Social Creative to concept, produce, edit, and iterate mobile-first ad creative across Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube, and emerging platforms.
You'll create platform-native ad creative built for how people actually consume content on their phones: developing ideas, sourcing or capturing footage, editing video, and shipping creative that earns attention and drives campaign results.
This is a hands-on maker role. You personally create the work. We're looking for someone who can spot an idea worth testing, turn it into compelling creative, and quickly produce multiple variations to improve performance over time.
Success in this role requires equal parts creative judgment, editing craft, and speed. You'll work closely with our paid media team to develop, test, and refine creative that earns attention and drives results.
This is a remote position within Texas and requires residence in Texas.
Create Paid Social Creative End-to-End- Own paid social creative from concept through final delivery.
- Personally edit and ship creative across Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube, and emerging platforms.
- Develop platform-native concepts that feel natural to the feed while serving a clear advertising objective.
- Turn winning concepts into multiple variations and testing opportunities.
- Produce a consistent stream of fresh creative that supports campaign performance.
- Balance speed, quality, and experimentation to meet the demands of modern ad platforms.
- Create for vertical and mobile-first experiences.
- Build strong hooks that earn attention quickly.
- Design for sound-off viewing with captions and clear visual storytelling.
- Use pacing, structure, and calls to action intentionally to drive engagement and conversion.
- Self-produce simple content when a concept requires it.
- Capture UGC-style, product, testimonial, or behind-the-scenes footage using accessible equipment.
- Collaborate with creators, clients, or production partners as needed.
- Review creative performance and identify what is driving attention, engagement, and conversion.
- Partner with the paid media team on testing plans and creative hypotheses.
- Use performance insights to inform the next round of concepts and iterations.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating paid social creative across short-form video and static formats.
- Expert-level video editing skills and a proven ability to personally create high-quality work.
- Strong creative judgment and the ability to identify, adapt, and evolve winning concepts.
- Experience creating multiple variations of a concept and working within a structured testing environment.
- Deep familiarity with Meta, Tik Tok, and You Tube, and the creative conventions that drive performance on each platform.
- Deep knowledge of platform specifications, creative capabilities, and ad formats across Meta, Tik Tok, and You Tube, including technical requirements, safe zones, available creative formats (carousels, collections, etc.), and platform-specific features that shape creative strategy.
- Comfort creating content yourself when needed.
- The ability to move quickly without sacrificing creative quality or strategic intent.
- Strong understanding of how creative performance is measured and reported across Meta, Tik Tok, and You Tube, with the ability to read performance data and identify which engagement signals matter most for the campaign goal. You understand the difference between early engagement (does the creative stop the scroll), watch completion (do people stay through), and conversion outcomes (does it drive the business result), and you use those insights to inform the next round of creative.

- Agency experience.
- Short-form copywriting or scriptwriting experience.
- Experience working with creators or UGC-style content.
- Familiarity with creative testing, reporting, and analytics tools.
- Motion graphics or After Effects experience.
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects)
- Figma
- A short-form editor such as Cap Cut
- Basic mobile production gear for self-shooting: stabilization, lighting, and a real microphone
A portfolio or reel is required.
