About this PositionAdvantech is seeking an in‑house Corporate Video Producer to support a growing portfolio of video initiatives across marketing, product, corporate communications, and events. This role will manage video projects from concept through final delivery, helping elevate brand storytelling and support strategic business objectives.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end video production, including scripting, filming, editing, and post-production.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and regional teams across Tustin, Cincinnati, and Milpitas to align on project priorities and deliverables.
- Support high-volume video output across product marketing, corporate communications, trade shows, and company events.
- Capture and produce video content at industry events, customer sites, corporate functions, and regional offices as needed.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining deadlines and quality standards.
- Edit and produce professional‑quality videos, including motion graphics, interviews, product demonstrations, training content, and promotional materials.
- Maintain video production equipment and oversee studio and on‑location filming setups.
- Organize and manage video assets, including footage archives and digital libraries across departments.
- Coordinate timelines, stakeholder reviews, and approvals to ensure efficient production workflows.
- Identify opportunities to improve production processes and scale output effectively across the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3 – 5+ years of experience in video production, preferably in an in‑house corporate or agency environment.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience managing projects from pre‑production through post‑production independently.
- Ability to film on‑location, including trade shows and corporate events.
- Strong storytelling ability and understanding of brand‑aligned visual communication.
- Experience producing product‑focused or technical content preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage high‑volume workloads.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to work onsite in Tustin and travel occasionally for events.
- Occasional travel to film locations.
