Growth Assistant is seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Marketer to own retention messaging for a subscription-driven car wash brand across the US. You will build segmentation frameworks, run behavior-triggered campaigns, and manage holdout-based testing in email and SMS to protect and grow membership revenue.
You will design onboarding, win-back, and pre-dunning journeys, and collaborate with Ops and Creative teams to craft clear, on-brand communications.
