OpportunityAs a Digital Talent Agent, your mission is to build your own roster by connecting with the talents you truly want to work with, shape their online journeys, and unlock the best opportunities with exciting brands. You will guide your roster, keep a pulse on their growth, and constantly explore new, creative ways to elevate their success.
Responsibilities- Identify and sign exceptional talents in the influencer space that align with our agency’s standards.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping talents amplify visibility, expand social media presence, and elevate personal brands.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales, revenue, and retention KPIs by driving exceptional commercial opportunities.
- Cultivate and grow existing revenue streams while keeping an eye out for fresh, innovative possibilities.
- Lead negotiation and execution of sponsor ships and brand partnerships, advocating fiercely for talents’ best interests.
- Develop tailored personal branding strategies and social media growth techniques across platforms.
- Play an active role in onboarding talents into the Dulcedo family.
- Work closely with other team members on projects aimed at boosting talents’ success and building partnerships.
- Attend industry events and talent meetings outside of regular hours to build connections and stay ahead of trends.
- Approximately 3 years of influencer marketing experience, ideally managing talents or working on the brand side.
- Experience negotiating and facilitating influencer marketing collaborations and securing beneficial opportunities.
- Established connections within PR, media, and influencer marketing sectors on the brand side.
- Strong awareness of the industry landscape and ability to identify promising individuals to represent.
- Solid understanding of social media tools, platforms, algorithms, and analytics.
- Proficiency in red‑lining contracts to protect and promote talent interests.
- Capacity to navigate changing market conditions, tight deadlines, and shifting priorities with composure.
- Exceptional ability to build authentic connections and work effectively with a wide range of personalities.
- Passion for the industry and ability to thrive in a demanding role requiring flexibility and availability during and outside regular office hours.
- Business degree in Administration, Law, Communications, or Marketing is preferred.
