Dunn&Co. is looking for a Digital Media Manager: an over‑achiever with a strong work ethic, drive, and hunger to enable truly great work.
You will provide support to the Digital and Media teams, and be responsible for overseeing various paid and organic projects across search and social media.
Ideal candidates will have experience with strategizing and executing paid search and social media campaigns, project managing organic social media projects, influencer campaigns, and stewarding SEO best practices.
We are only looking for candidates with experience in PAID MEDIA.
We are only looking for local talent, or those willing to relocate.
Dunn&Co is on a hybrid work schedule, and in the office 3 days a week.
Responsibilities- Designs optimal buys in terms of cost efficiency, goal delivery and vendor agreements
- Assists with presentation of digital tactical plan recommendations
- Responsible for implementing all campaign tracking and trafficking
- Assists with the creation and presentation of digital performance reports
- Responsible for flowchart creation & maintenance, media invoice reconciliation and budget stewardship
- Executes and manages digital media campaigns, including bid management, A/B testing, analytics tracking, regular optimizations, etc.
- Continually evaluates and recommends additional digital media platforms and tactics that could positively impact campaign performance
- 1-3 years of digital media buying experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint (or Keynote)
- Possesses above‑average math skills with proven ability to analyze and interpret data
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to implement changes rapidly
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Bonus Points if you have:
- Traditional media planning or buying experience
- Campaign management and optimization experience within search and/or social platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Tik Tok, etc.
- Looker Studio experience
- GA4 experience
Salary: $47,000 – $60,000
Benefits- A hybrid office/remote culture – we work Mondays and Fridays from home and Tuesday through Thursday in the office.
