Product Marketing Manager​/EMEA - Remote

Hospitable is a remote‑only, global, trust‑based company. The position is not tied to a specific location; we prefer candidates who can operate within US or EMEA time zones.

We’re seeking a Staff Product Marketing Manager to own how we position, launch, and scale new features, directly impacting customer acquisition and adoption.

This is a high‑impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, and strategy.

• Shape product positioning before anything ships, ensuring every feature has a clear market fit, differentiated narrative, and a compelling reason to exist.
• Develop the end‑to‑end storytelling for feature launches across multiple channels, including Town Halls, press releases, social media, podcasts, blog posts, in‑product messaging, and more.
• Partner with Product Managers from the earliest stages of development to influence what we build and how we go to market with the latest features.
• Make decisions based on competitive research, customer interviews, and market opportunities.
• Contribute to decision‑making around which features are included in our Host, Professional, and Mogul plans, and how we price our offerings.
• Collaborate closely with the Growth team to ensure every new feature and campaign contributes to the health of our full funnel: website - free trial - OTA connection - subscription - onboarding - adoption - retention.

• 5+ years experience in Product Marketing – ideally within a fast‑moving, product‑led SaaS company.
• Experience with fintech, payments, marketplaces, or similar products is a huge plus.
• Proven experience contributing to Product Marketing strategy, including defining positioning, influencing product decisions, and identifying growth opportunities that move key business metrics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas and rallying cross‑functional teams behind a unified story.
• Comfortable diving into data to find pockets of demand and growth, managing campaign results to assess impact, and making recommendations for future actions.
• Special kudos if you are a short‑term rental host or have experience in a short‑term rental business.
• Extra special kudos if you are an existing Hospitable customer.

• A total compensation package of US $164,000 - US $199,100, adjusted for cost of living. US employees may receive gross salary between US $151,313 and US $183,698.
• Equity options through the $HOST token (RSU), with a grant value up to US $54,300.
