Senior GTM Strategist
We’re looking for a Senior GTM Strategist who enjoys turning ambiguity into growth systems. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, marketing, product experience, customer behavior, and commercial growth. You’ll diagnose where a client’s go‑to‑market engine is underperforming, develop the strategy to address it, and guide execution teams toward measurable business outcomes. This is not a channel management, campaign management, or project management role – it is strategic work.
Curiosity, systems thinking, commercial acumen, and the ability to simplify complexity into clear decisions are critical for success in this role.
- Diagnose GTM challenges across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and expansion.
- Develop ICP frameworks, segmentation strategies, and buyer journey architectures.
- Design integrated growth strategies spanning AI visibility, organic search, paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, product experience, and customer retention.
- Translate business objectives into measurable growth programs and KPIs.
- Build strategic roadmaps that prioritize investments based on impact, effort, and organizational readiness.
- Develop positioning and messaging strategies for complex and high‑consideration purchase journeys.
- Lead executive‑level strategy conversations and present recommendations to C‑suite stakeholders.
- Direct cross‑functional teams across strategy, design, content, analytics, paid media, and development disciplines, while maintaining project margin.
- Use data, research, customer insight, and AI‑derived intelligence to continuously refine GTM recommendations.
- Comfort building in AI‑native environments, translating outputs into client‑facing deliverables, and working with the team to consistently achieve delivery excellence.
- Identify opportunities for adjacent growth initiatives across product, customer experience, and commercialization efforts.
- 5+ years of experience developing and executing go‑to‑market strategies.
- Experience leading growth initiatives across multiple stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Demonstrated success developing integrated demand generation and conversion strategies.
- Experience defining ICPs, buyer journeys, segmentation models, and positioning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of modern marketing ecosystems including paid media, SEO, lifecycle marketing, conversion optimization, and AI discovery.
- Experience presenting recommendations to executive stakeholders including CMOs, CROs, CEOs, and founders.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to convert complex data into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Agency, consulting, or product‑led growth experience preferred.
- Experience working with high‑consideration, complex, or trust‑based buying journeys preferred.
- Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and 401(k) plans.
- Employer‑paid short‑term disability, long‑term disability plans, and life insurance.
- Remote work and office hours flexibility as needed.
- Generous PTO policy.
- We embrace a maverick attitude and challenge convention.
- Committed to relentless pursuit, curiosity, and personal growth.
- Value selfless teamwork and strong leadership qualities with collaboration.
- Thoughtfully rigorous with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Foster an environment of empathy and compassion for each other and our clients.
- Diverse, competitive, and occasionally creative team culture.
- Career growth and leadership development opportunities.
- Regular celebration of contributions by individuals and teams.
- Work featured in leading industry publications.
- Recognized on best‑workplace lists by multiple organizations.
This job may require sitting for long periods of time, minimal lifting, and occasional travel.
