Listan GmbH sucht eine erfahrene CRM-/E-Mail-Marketing-Fachkraft zur Gestaltung und Optimierung des CRM-Lebenszyklus im D2C-Umfeld. Sie entwickeln Customer Journeys, steuern Kampagnen und arbeiten eng mit Marketing zusammen, um Umsatz und Kundenbindung zu steigern.
Sie verfügen über 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im CRM/E-Mail-Marketing, beherrschen Klaviyo/Mailchimp und bedienen GA4, GTM, Power BI sowie Excel. Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse runden das Profil ab.
