Deel is seeking a Social Content Creator to own the brand's social-first storytelling across Tik Tok, Instagram, and short-form formats. You will ideate, strategize, produce, publish, and iterate, adapting content to each platform and audience with authenticity over high production value.
You'll lead end-to-end creation, including scripting, shooting, editing, and on-camera talent when needed, while staying ahead of trends and guiding creative direction with data-driven iterations.
