Territory Media as a full-service media agency that connects media and performance. The company is part of Bertelsmann and has its headquarters in Hamburg.

Your mission is to build a scalable influx of suitable creators for our platform—data-driven, creative, and with a clear eye for trends and mechanics of the creator economy. At our location in Munich or Hamburg, we are looking for a Creator Acquisition Manager (m/w/d) at Territory Influence on a full-time basis, initially for a fixed term of two years.

• Develop and manage a holistic creator acquisition strategy with a focus on Instagram and Tik Tok.
• Design and optimize campaigns to attract new creators—organically and paid.
• Develop our owned social media channels strategically with the clear goal of reaching relevant creators.
• Analyze and continuously optimize our funnel.
• Identify new channels, platforms, formats, and collaborations to reach suitable creators.
• Take on the strategic responsibility for our trnd CI in the context of creator outreach.
• Play a central role in international cooperation.

Your profile:

• Very good social media understanding (especially Instagram & Tik Tok)—both functionally and culturally.
• Experience in social media marketing with a clear growth or performance focus including paid social (Meta, Tik Tok Ads).
• Very good understanding of the influencer/creator economy.
• Ability to manage and optimize campaigns data-driven.
• Strong sense of responsibility and hands-on mentality to drive topics independently.
• Confidence in dealing with different stakeholders, ideally also in an international context.
