Job Description & How to Apply Below

Growth-Focused | Hybrid/Remote

We’re not looking for someone to simply manage social media.

We’re looking for someone who can identify opportunities before they’re obvious and help amplify what already makes the business different. This company has built a strong reputation by staying creative, adaptive, and deeply connected to its customers. But visibility doesn’t scale on its own. Great ideas don’t move themselves. Momentum has to be built intentionally.

We’re Looking For Someone Who
  • Can turn everyday conversations, projects, customer wins, and insights into compelling stories and marketing campaigns.
  • Understands that branding is much more than aesthetics—it’s positioning, timing, consistency, awareness, and staying ahead of competitors.
  • Helps shape how the company is seen, understood, and remembered.
The Right Person Will
  • Be proactive rather than waiting for detailed direction.
  • Notice trends before they become obvious.
  • Pull meaningful insights from analytics and recommend next steps.
  • Constantly identify opportunities for content and visibility.
  • Thrive in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve.
  • Bring structure without creating unnecessary process.
  • Keep projects moving without constant follow‑up.
  • Be collaborative while also bringing thoughtful opinions backed by data.
  • Care deeply about quality, consistency, and protecting the brand.
You Naturally Bring Strengths Like
  • Identifying meaningful trends through data.
  • Working comfortably with marketing platforms, software, and automation tools.
  • Creating polished marketing materials efficiently.
  • Managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Presenting recommendations with confidence.
  • Understanding branding beyond design—including positioning, messaging, timing, and trust.
  • Solving problems independently and figuring things out.

This role is less about checking boxes and more about creating momentum. You’ll be part strategist, part coordinator, part storyteller, and part analyst.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with leadership and creative partners to strengthen marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate branding, content, and campaign execution across multiple initiatives.
  • Track marketing performance, engagement, and analytics, then translate the data into actionable recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to amplify, improve, reposition, or discontinue marketing efforts.
  • Create marketing collateral and supporting content across multiple channels.
  • Support social media, events, PR opportunities, articles, and customer success stories.
  • Translate technical or process‑heavy work into messaging that resonates with customers.
  • Maintain consistency across brand voice, visual identity, and communications.
  • Use marketing systems efficiently while avoiding unnecessary bureaucracy.
What Success Looks Like
  • Marketing initiatives move forward without constant leadership intervention.
  • Campaigns launch consistently and generate visibility.
  • Analytics drive better decisions instead of sitting in dashboards.
  • The brand becomes increasingly recognizable and strategically positioned.
  • Internal teams receive stronger marketing support and assets.
  • Good ideas become executed quickly.
  • The organization gains leverage, consistency, and visibility without adding unnecessary management overhead.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of marketing experience (industry experience in professional services, design, engineering, architecture, real estate, construction, or similar sectors is an asset).
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and reporting.
  • Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Squarespace, Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and related marketing platforms.
  • Ability to create professional marketing collateral and visual content.
  • Basic video editing and content creation experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Additional Information
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
  • Existing access to creative software is preferred.
  • Hybrid or remote work available depending on location.
  • Compensation: $32–40/hour, depending on experience.

Approximately 5–20 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
