We are looking for a Community Growth Specialist with a passion for brand advocacy and community engagement to join our team. As a Community Growth Specialist at Favor, you are the face of the brand. Your primary responsibility will be to drive brand awareness and generate new customers through community partnerships and local events. You will engage directly with potential customers in the community, educating them on the value of Favor's on-demand delivery services.

This role requires a dynamic individual who can pivot seamlessly between selling, meet & greets, and brand representation. You will partner with the Sales & Marketing leadership teams to execute localized strategies that grow our customer base and solidify Favor's presence in the Austin market.

• Drive brand awareness and generate new customers through community partnerships and local events.
• Engage directly with potential customers in the community, educating them on the value of Favor's on-demand delivery services.
• Pivot seamlessly between selling, meet & greets, and brand representation.
• Partner with the Sales & Marketing leadership teams to execute localized strategies that grow our customer base and solidify Favor's presence in the Austin market.

Where you'll work:
This is a hybrid role, meaning you'll work from home roughly three days per week and collaborate with other team members in person at our HQ in Austin, Texas for the remaining work days. No matter where you work best, we foster an inclusive and flexible environment to support our workforce.
